When will my order ship?

Item(s) will normally ship 3 business days from order being placed. Item(s) will be shipped via USPS from Hawaiʻi USA and generally take 1-2 weeks for shipping within the USA.

Returns and Exchanges

We DO NOT accept refunds/exchanges on orders that were sent with the exact item(s) as ordered and have no damage.

Please email be.illust@gmail.com if the item(s) you have received are damaged, incorrect, or missing, and provide photos of the item (s) and your order number.

We are not responsible for refunds where the buyer has provided an incorrect or undeliverable shipping address.
